CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We offer FIVE CrossFit classes on weekdays to accommodate most schedules, as well as a Saturday

Customized Programs

One-on- One, Two-on-One, and Small Group training: Coach Cassie and Coach Rick provide personalized coaching, three days per week, as schedules allow.
